MULTI-FORMAT PACK SLEEVING MACHINE

Equipment overview

Extremely versatile RO-85 grouping platform, ideal for transferring and cartoning variable groupings. The cans are positioned on the carton by an adjustable star-type pusher in groups of 2, 3 or 4 units. Vacuum suction cups pick up the cardboard which a cam subsequently embraces with mathematical precision over the moving package, guaranteeing stability.

Equipment overview

Cartoning machine configured on a conveyor belt to form 2-unit sleeve packs. As pairs of cans pass along the belt, they are placed together beneath the paperboard sleeve by a paired pusher unit. The sleeve is immediately applied by the continuous cam cycle — held in position by vacuum suction cups — firmly enclosing both containers in a single sleeve application.
