The highest yield is achieved by applying a minimum to no pressure on the chicken parts combined with pulling the skin, rather than cutting. The skinned parts are of very high quality, where the skin is removed in one piece, the membrane is undamaged and there is no meat loss.
On top of that, the dull blade does not need to be replaced or sharpened and no disposable blades are needed.
