MC ECJ Cans Case Packer
Fully automated industrial secondary packaging equipment
The MECALSA MC ECJ cans case packer is a fully automated industrial machine specifically designed for the canning and food industry. Its main function is to take individual metal cans that have already been processed and sealed, group them into specific configurations, and deposit them precisely inside cardboard boxes to optimize their storage, transport, and distribution.
Technical Features
■ Continuous feeding system: Equipped with conveyor belts that regulate the inflow of cans towards the loading head, while empty cardboard boxes are automatically positioned.
■ Flexible grouping (mosaic formation): Features mechanical dividers that organize the cans into exact patterns according to box requirements (e.g. 3x4, 4x6 configurations).
■ Gentle case packing head: Pneumatic transfer mechanism (controlled drop or vacuum/gripper head) that deposits the packs gently to prevent any physical damage to the cans or labels.
■ Sanitary and hygienic construction: Made entirely of high-strength AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring maximum durability in wet environments and easy cleaning and disinfection cycles.
