The MC-CEAH is a high-performance batch cooker battery designed for the international tuna industry. Built entirely in AISI 316 stainless steel with advanced hydraulic lid synchronization for maximum safety and yield.
Equipment Description
Water or brine cooker battery (cooking vats) for fish, designed with a vertical opening driven by a hydraulic system. Manufactured with AISI 316 stainless steel components for maximum durability in demanding industrial environments.
