This machine has been constructed solely for processing animal meat in the meat industry. The model EVM 437 is a skinning machine used for de-rinding fish, pork, beef and poultry meat.
The working method of the machine is that the manually fed in meat piece is caught by a rotating drawing roller and moved to the skinning blade. The spring-loaded blade bar adapts automatically to the thickness of the skin, so achieving optimum removal of the skin. The residue of fat and skin is dropped down a chute into a collecting tank.
