This machine has been constructed solely for processing animal meat in the meat industry. The model AEM 438 is a skinning machine used for de-rinsing fish, pork, beef and poultry meat.
The working method of the machine is that manually fed in meat piece is caught by a rotating drawing roller and moved to the skinning blade. the sensing walking beam adjusts to the different rind or skin thickness, thus ensuring an absolutely consistent derinding or skinning result. Via a slide, the fat or skin residues drop into a collecting basin. The operation is carried out by a skip-proof foot pedal, which is a component of GS-approved safety equipment of MAJA machines.
