The BAADER 143 guts eel from 130 to 1200 g, the gutting cut is performed in the usual way. The belly cavity is cleaned by scaper, a suction scoop and a rotating brush, the machine can be adjusted for 3 size ranges. Eel support troughs, scrapers and scoops for the different size ranges can easily be exchanged.
