The Pisces FR-200 is a high-speed industrial filleting machine designed for continuous production of fish fillets free from backbone and ribs. It is ideal for processing plants requiring high productivity and consistent cutting quality.
The machine processes head-off fish, with or without viscera, performing filleting, gutting, backbone removal, and rib removal in a single pass. Its unique positioning system based on the fish’s internal bone structure allows processing of different species with minimal adjustments.
The operator places the fish into the feeding system, where it is transported by rollers and drive belts toward the cutting blades. The process includes belly cutting, backbone removal, and rib extraction, with waste being discharged and clean fillets delivered onto the output conveyor.
