Equipped with an innovative sickle-shaped three-edge rotary knife driven by an independent 1.8 kW servomotor, the TM203 achieves rates up to 1,300 cuts per minute (1,200 - 1,300 cuts/min depending on caliber and casing), processing calibers from 15 to 40 mm and lengths starting at 40 mm (or over 80 mm at stuffing tables). Motorized infeed and discharge belts firmly guide product, delivering clean separation on straight as well as curved sausages without casing tears or filling loss.
