Used industrial mobile sausage cutting and separating machine Vemag Maschinenbau GmbH model TM203 (Ref. ID-1977). High-throughput equipment designed specifically for automated and continuous separation of sausage links with millimeter-level cutting accuracy at the exact twist link. Manufactured in Germany in 2006 under strict food hygiene standards, this mobile unit on swiveling wheels delivers outstanding operational versatility for fresh, cooked, and cured sausages.
Equipped with a sickle-shaped three-edge rotary knife, the TM203 achieves rates up to 1,300 cuts per minute (1,200 - 1,300 cuts/min depending on caliber and casing), processing calibers from 15 to 40 mm and lengths starting at 40 mm (or over 80 mm at stuffing tables). Motorized infeed and discharge belts firmly guide product, delivering clean separation on straight as well as curved sausages without casing tears or filling loss.
