The MC ETH/100 is a high-speed side-loading cartoning machine designed for the individual packaging of round, club, and oval cans. Utilizing pre-formed tubular cardboard cases, this equipment guarantees precise case loading and perfect side Hot Melt sealing, reaching production speeds of up to 100 packs per minute with maximum reliability.

The MC ETH/100 is the ultimate industrial solution for individual can cartoning. Its multi-format design allows it to process round, club, and oval containers with equal efficiency, making it a key component for canning lines that require maximum flexibility.
The operating cycle begins with controlled container accumulation. A suction cup lever extracts the tubular sleeve (pre-formed but open on the sides) and positions it in parallel with the product flow. A synchronized pusher system introduces each can laterally into its sleeve as they move forward continuously. Finally, the exact dose of Hot Melt glue is injected into the flaps, and guides fold the side closures, achieving a firm, clean, and aesthetically impeccable seal.
This equipment stands out for its high-speed mechanics and an ergonomic design that facilitates maintenance and quick format changeovers.

The MC ETH/150-PAL is a side-loading cartoning machine specialized in duo groupings (2-packs) for RR-90 and RR-125 Club formats. Unlike traditional banding machines, this model uses pre-formed "tube-style" cases, ensuring superior protection and an impeccable aesthetic finish at speeds up to 80 packs per minute.
