Continuous industrial salmon heading and filleting line for large fish processing

The second-hand Carnitech CT2620 + CT2630 salmon headercutter and filleter line has been designed for head and tail cutting of salmon fish from 2 to 7 kg. The product is fed into the machine via an infeed chute, after which several operations are carried out on the fish. During initial operation, the occiput is cut with a circular blade, where an inclined guillotine knife tilts down to cut off the head, landing in the waste carrier. The next operation positions the fish for tail cutting (the tail-cutting feature can be activated or deactivated on the touch display). The fish is then led out of the headercutter CT2620 directly into the CT2630 filleting machine or processing table.
