The MC ETH/150 is a high-performance side-loading cartoning machine designed for the individual packaging of round, club, and oval cans at speeds of up to 150 cans per minute. Utilizing pre-formed "tube-style" cardboard cases, this equipment guarantees ultra-precise loading and perfect side Hot Melt sealing for high-demand canning lines.

Maximum performance and versatility for individual cartoning
The MC ETH/150 is the high-speed evolution of MECALSA's side-loading system. Specifically designed for processing plants requiring a continuous flow of up to 150 cans per minute, this machine combines stainless steel robustness with high-precision mechanics for handling round, club, and oval formats.
The process is fully automatic: cans and pre-formed tubular sleeves advance synchronized on the line. A continuous pusher side-loading system introduces each container into its carton smoothly and accurately. After loading, the exact dose of Hot Melt glue is injected into the flaps, followed by final folding and sealing to ensure a compact, secure, and aesthetically perfect pack.
Its modular design allows easy integration with optional rotating alignment tables, essential for this model to ensure the machine always works at peak performance without production gaps.
