The MC ETH/150-PAL is a side-loading cartoning machine specialized in duo groupings (2-packs) for RR-90 and RR-125 Club formats. Unlike traditional banding machines, this model uses pre-formed "tube-style" cases, ensuring superior protection and an impeccable aesthetic finish at speeds up to 80 packs per minute.

The MC ETH/150-PAL represents a robust and precise solution for the cartoning of Club formats (RR-90 / RR-125) in groupings of two units. Its design is distinguished by the use of pre-formed "tube" cases that allow for lateral product insertion, providing a more resistant and protected package structure.
The process is fully automatic: cans accrue and group in pairs while a cam extracts and positions the open case. A synchronized pusher system introduces the cans laterally into the cardboard interior. Finally, Hot Melt glue is injected into the side flaps, and guides fold and seal the assembly, guaranteeing a clean finish with no adhesive overflow.
