High-precision automatic banding for 6-unit multipacks
The MC ETH/PK6 is an industrial cartoning machine engineered for high-volume grouping of round containers in 6-unit configurations (double row). This model stands out due to its advanced double-belt infeed system, which ensures a constant and orderly flow of product into the core of the machinery.
The process begins with synchronized cardboard sleeve extraction via suction cups. Simultaneously, a double starwheel positioning system groups the cans from both belts and places them with millimetric precision onto the sleeve. As the unit advances, mechanical guides wrap the product, concluding with exact hot melt glue injection for a perfect thermal seal.
An ideal solution for the fish and canning industries requiring a robust and high-demand end-of-line solution.
