Highly versatile continuous cartoning–banding machine designed for grouping and wrapping round cans in 2, 3, or 4-unit configurations. Based on the RO-85 platform, the MC ETH/PK2-3-4 ensures fast format changeovers and high-quality sealing via hot melt glue injection.

Versatile solution for round container multipacks
The MC ETH/PK2-3-4 is a continuous grouping and banding equipment designed for maximum flexibility in food and canning lines. Its synchronized system allows the processing of round cans in groupings of 2, 3, or 4 units with quick transitions between formats.
The cycle begins with controlled container accumulation. A vacuum suction lever extracts the flat cardboard and positions it at the base, while a format star wheel groups the product and places it on the sleeve. As the unit advances, guides fold the cardboard and hot melt glue is applied at the top, ensuring a firm and aesthetic closure.
This model is the ideal choice for companies needing to switch between different pack types without compromising line speed or final packaging quality.
