Automatic industrial forming machine for burgers and formed food products equipped with a 400 mm stainless steel mesh belt and high-capacity feeding system. The CFS MultiFormer MLF 400 provides uniform and continuous production thanks to its high-precision forming system, achieving up to 50 strokes per minute. The machine includes a BDG400 bridge breaker system and an extra-long outfeed conveyor for efficient integration into industrial food processing lines.

Automatic forming machine for burgers and molded food products
The CFS MultiFormer MLF 400 is an industrial forming machine designed for the continuous production of burgers, meat products, vegetable products and other molded foods in industrial processing lines.
The high-precision forming system ensures uniform and repeatable products with excellent production stability. Thanks to its stainless steel mesh conveyor belt and high feeding capacity, the machine is ideal for high-output production plants.
The machine includes a BDG400 bridge breaker system to optimize product feeding into the hopper and an extra-long 900 mm outfeed conveyor that facilitates integration with other processing equipment such as breading machines, battering systems, cooking or freezing lines.
