This machine is especially designed for the filleting of small herring and pilchard with an overall lentgh of 15-25 cm (25-125 g), the convenient infeeding procedure and the steplessly adjustable operating speed permit high throughput. Excelent yield is guaranteed by a meat-saving selfadjusting headcut, adjustable tailcut and reliable passage through the filleting tools leading to smoothly cut block-fillets, single fillets without dorsal fins as well as belly cut herring with or without tail fins. Combined with the automatic feeder BAADER 478, the machine becomes an automatic filleting unit operated by only one person for occasional correction.
