Multiple cutting saw designed for continuous processing of large tuna. The tuna are positioned in intake buckets and the machine performs precise multiple cuts continuously: head, upper log and lower log. The resulting logs then pass to the V-saws (MC ST-700 CV) for their final longitudinal cut.
Washing and crating line that constitutes the final convergence point for all cutting lines. Performs racking and washing of tuna pieces for subsequent introduction into industrial cookers.
