MC TET-LR
Washing and crating line that constitutes the final convergence point for all cutting lines. Performs racking and washing of tuna pieces for subsequent introduction into industrial cookers.

Final convergence point and pre-cooking racking
Washing and crating line that constitutes the final convergence point for all cutting lines: both the multiple saw route with V-saws (large tuna) and the manual saw route with belt (medium). At this point, the tuna pieces are racked and washed for subsequent introduction into industrial cookers.

Bin tipper elevator that receives tuna from freezing chambers or directly from the grading process. Unloads the product at a considerable height onto the impact and reception conveyor (MC CTA-IPM).
